Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the shoot. If the property is not ready upon arrival or the appointment is canceled after arrival, additional fees may apply. If weather or unforeseen circumstances affect drone operations or the quality of the shoot, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Properties should be clean and photo-ready before the scheduled shoot time. Sterling Real Estate Media is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving large items during the appointment.
If the property is not ready and significantly delays the shoot, additional fees may apply.
Payment is due prior to download unless otherwise agreed upon.
Completed media may be withheld until payment has been received.
Sterling Real Estate Media retains copyright ownership of all media created.
Clients are granted permission to use delivered media for marketing the property and promoting their real estate business. Media may not be sold or transferred to third parties without written permission.
Sterling Real Estate Media reserves the right to use created media for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
Drone operations are subject to weather, safety conditions, and FAA airspace regulations. Some properties may be located in restricted or controlled airspace where drone flights are limited or not permitted, and Sterling Real Estate Media reserves the right to decline drone operations when conditions are unsafe or restricted.
